Laziness births beauty?

I was v. intrigued when I saw this picture of boots. I wasn't sure what was going on but I thought I liked it. Especially since I have been searching for the perfect pair of slouchy boots.

But then I read the caption which I will basically paraphrase: "I got lazy and didn't want to zip up my boots so I tied them in a knot."

Hmmmm.
